We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 416-unit apartment community in the heart of Aurora with easy access to both I-225 and SH 83! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• At least one year of assistant manager experience at an apartment community.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays, only if it falls on the 4th, with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturdays required only if they land on the 4th of the month)
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
